[랩/힙합] Drop the World (feat. Eminem) - Lil Wayne (2010, Rebirth)

 2010년 1월 16일자 Hot 100에 데뷔한 곡입니다. 이번 주 'Hot Shot Debut'곡이자 유일하게 18위로 차트에 오른 곡은 Lil Wayne Feat, Eminem의 "Drop the World"입니다. 예정일이 자주 연기되어온 7번째 정규앨범 "Rebirth"에서 5번째이자 차트에 오른 세 번째 싱글입니다.

 한때, 교도소에 수감된 적도 있지만, 최근엔 NBA 챔피언결정전에서 모습을 드러내고 있는 릴 웨인 형님의 곡들 중 하나를 소개해볼까 합니다. 에미넴 형님의 내한 공연을 기대하면서 포스팅하던 중 이 곡이 문득 떠올라서 적어봅니다. 증오가 냉소가 담겨 있는듯한, 꽤나 부정적이고 살벌한 곡이라고 보시면 됩니다. 뮤직비디오는 잔인한 장면은 없지만 이 곡의 분위기를 살린듯 합니다.
